It protects surfaces from UV degradation and fading. It is a unique single component sealer with a state-of-the-art formula for maximum surface protection that makes it easy for application. This sealer darkens the color of concrete, slate, & brick and can enhance color. Paver Bond doesn’t dry as quickly as other products on the market, which allows for longer workability. Paver Seal is designed for deeper penetration and acts as a sealant and interlocks concrete pavers by stabilizing joint sand. Paver Seal stops sand from being washed away by rain and regular maintenance cleaning. Caution: The sealer may be slippery when wet. Classic Gator Grip can be added to Paver Bond if a slip resistant surface is desired. Add Gator Grip during the second application coat using a 9” or 18” long nap roller from 3/8” to 1/2” thickness. New concrete must cure for 28 days before applying the sealer.
