I own Halloween in this town, but the new girl is giving me a run for my money. I hire her to organize and run the haunted tours through the old mansions I own in New Orleans. Not of my own free will, I might add. I have no other options. She thinks I’m a stiff rich jerk with an attitude problem. At least I’m not the psycho who’s obsessed with all things horror. Or keeping secrets. Because that’s the kicker. As soon as I start to see past the jump scares and her obsession with spooky and weird, I see her . She’s running from something. Someone. With her by my side we’ll make this Hallow’s Eve Festival the greatest event this town has ever seen. The trick will be doing it without falling in love with her. And the treat?
