The Wrist Brace Built for the Pinkie Side
If you've been told you have a TFCC tear, ECU tendonitis, midcarpal instability, or persistent wrist pain on the ulnar (pinkie) side — you already know that a standard wrist brace isn't going to cut it. General wrist support doesn't address the specific biomechanical problem that causes ulnar-sided pain. The Comfort Cool Ulnar Booster does.
A Mechanism Designed by a Hand Therapist
The Ulnar Booster was specifically engineered for people with ulnar-sided wrist pain and midcarpal instability. It works through a counterforce system: a foam boosting cushion placed on the pisiform — exactly where the ulnar carpus needs support — combined with two adjustable straps that wrap in opposite directions around the wrist.
Together, these elements depress the ulnar head while boosting the ulnar carpus, helping to realign and stabilize the carpal bones. When worn correctly, you should feel the counterforce on the ulnar side of your wrist. That sensation is the brace working as intended.
Not a General Wrist Brace
This product is designed for a specific condition profile: TFCC pathology, ECU tendonitis or subluxation, midcarpal instability, and persistent ulnar-sided pain after a wrist fracture.
Built for Comfort and Long-Term Wear
Made from thin 1/16" (2mm) perforated neoprene with a soft terry cloth liner, the Ulnar Booster stays cool, breathable, and comfortable against sensitive skin during extended wear. Trim the strap lengths, thumb hole, finger openings, and splint edges to customize the fit. Hand wash in cool water, air dry.
4 Sizes — Right and Left Hand
Measure your wrist circumference and use our size chart to find the right fit. Available in X-Small through Large for right and left hand. Extra foam boosting insert included.
If you're searching for a TFCC wrist brace, ulnar wrist brace, or midcarpal instability support — this is the clinically specific solution designed for your condition.
