Replacement hinge to compatible with keter , This will compatible with store It Out, Arc/Max /Elite/ Premiere 1150 XL (Not Jumbo model) and Ace.
This will fit the left or right side .
Note: we use the tougher Hammerite silver finish.
Below is a small list of what makes our models different to the standard ones.
1. 3 ton rating galvanised clevis and end strut fittings .
2. 6mm galvanised rivets as apposed to 3mm on the standard.
3. PA66 Dura nylon washers between all moving parts.
4. Shoulder areas of top,section increased by 3mm over standard to offset metal fatigue in main stress area.
5. Top and bottom sections of hinge made of 2mm & 3mm fully galvanised steel
6.120N
These are the same fitment as Part 565308 or WLPS. These hinges have been engineered to last longer than the original hinges with a thicker shoulder area and high grade pistons.All the metal components are made from fully galvanised steel with all heavy duty zinc plated fittings.
NB :don’t lose the old screws as we don’t supply them and they are expensive to replace.
