Environment is a dynamic process and in the 21st century environmental problems pose a serious threat to the entire life on earth. It is because of the multidimensional effects of environment that, it has emerged as one of the biggest issues before India. The world including India faces the challenge of environmental degradation. There are several environmental problems which we are facing but environment has already exceeded the sustainable limits due to human activity. Our generation must confront through the law and policy.
