COOK YOUR MARRIAGE HAPPY introduces readers to the experiential therapy that is fast becoming recognized as a powerful tool for self-help and is being integrated into treatment settings of all kinds: Cooking Therapy. By preparing a recipe targeted towards a specific emotional or situational issue, you’ll be astounded at the breakthroughs and ‘aha’ moments that can occur. Unlike traditional talk therapy, tangible therapies work in a different but powerful and concrete way. Like Art or Equine therapies, when done purposefully, Cooking Therapy can help you crystalize floating feelings, mirror your behaviors in relationships, problem-solve and make a change.
