They are the committed doers. Bahá’ís who have been insignificant people, without material advantages, have done phenomenal things. Their love and devotion to Bahá’u’lláh spurred them to action, ignoring potential dangers. This volume has verbal snapshots of over 100 crazy lovers of Bahá’u’lláh – little giants whom I have been lucky enough to meet during my sojourn on planet earth. With meager resources, and limited experience, they have plunged into the uncharted, dangerous and swirling waters of challenge and adversity. They invested their time, talents, energy and creativity – learning as they went forward – to play their part in services to their Lord. John Kolstoe has spent most of his life pioneering for the Bahá'í Faith, including both in the Arctic and the Tropics. He has traveled extensively in Africa, the Americas, Asia, Europe and the Pacific - teaching, giving courses and leading workshops. Kolstoe has served in a variety of capacities, including off and on for eight years as an adjunct professor at the Bahá'í Academy in Panchgani, India helping design and facilitate courses and workshops on Universal Human Values. He currently divides his time between Montana and St. Lucia.
