Most large lakes have their own cryptids. Very similar to the Loch Ness Monster, Lake Erie has Bessie, also known as the Snake of the Lake. Her existence first attested to by the Native American tribes and later witnessed by Europeans as early as the 1700s. Many believe her to be real, but no one has ever reported a truly violent encounter until now. The beast has taken a liking for human flesh and a dislike for the number of humans that are encroaching upon her home. The two conditions become an explosive mix. Sergeant Greg Wasniak and his crew must contend with the increasingly dangerous actions of the prehistoric creature. And it seems all conditions favor her continued reign of terror.
