This book simply and comprehensively introduces the theory and practical features of socialism of Cuba. It consists of seven chapters and the summary. The first chapter gives an overview of Cuba. The second chapter tells how Cuba started to walk on the path of socialism and points out that the new communist part members lead Cuba walk to the socialism. The third chapter illustrates the theory and practical features of the Communist Party of Cuba, which can be summarized as sticking to the principles of Marxism and Leninism and socialism, highlight the national characteristics, for example, making the Marxism as a part of the guidance thought and permit believers of a religion to join in the party. Do good for the people, strive for equality and justice society, and govern the party strictly. The fourth chapter and the fifth chapter separately introduce the political policy and economic policy of Cuba. On the politics aspect, Cuba establish the system of peoples congress and implement senate democracy; while on the economy aspect, Cuba has undergone long term tough discovery and decided to update the planned economy mode which is much too centralized.
