Danielson Demystified is a companion to the Silberts’ book Why Bad Grades Happen to Good Teachers, which introduces the STRONG Learning TM Model. Using the STRONG model, both books provide effective strategies to help teachers create environments that increase student learning and result in better evaluations for both students and teachers. A collection of case studies from classroom teachers and tutors, Danielson Demystified includes suggestions for stronger teaching and correlation of those techniques to specific Danielson domains. Our goal is to help teachers better understand the evaluation categories of the Danielson Framework and what administrators using the Framework are attempting to measure. The first book in the Why Bad Grades series, Why Bad Grades Happen to Good Kids, was written for parents of school-aged children. A Mom’s Choice Awards® Gold Recipient, it also received a Bronze Medal in the Education category of ForeWord Magazine’s annual Book of the Year competition. All three books are available both in print and as Kindle® ebooks.
