This book is the result of my research of the evolution of afterlife belief in the Old Testament and New Testament and then the early church writers amplifying these beliefs found in Scripture and finally the church doctrines on the afterlife developed from these historical documents. The book's final chapter contains speculative questions about the mysteries yet to be resolved, and yet celebrates the Hope we may all have in the reading of our historical documents.
