This New model Nozzle tester comes with a heavy duty, Stainless steel body, 0 - 600 BAR / 0 - 8500 PSI dual scale pressure gauge (See Image 2 above). They are used to adjust the injector nozzle opening pressure, nozzle seat tightness and to carry out leakage tests, spray pattern atomization repetition tests and chatter characteristic tests. The nozzle tester consists of : 1. Aluminum Cast Injection pump operated by a hand lever. 2. Semi Transparent fuel container with a 5 micron genuine Bosch filter. 3. Three way shut off valve. 4. Stainless Steel, Heavy Duty Pressure Gauge (150 mm Dial, 3/8 " BSP thread) 0 - 600 BAR and 0 - 8500 PSI Dual Scale Gauge (Image 2) 5. Packaged in export worthy thermocole and corrugated box. 6.
