How to install Traeger board replacement?
Step 1: Loosen the two screws on the green terminal block connector located on the back upper right corner of the controller using a small screwdriver.
Step 2: Insert the RTD wire out through the cutout for the control and connect to the green connector located on the back of the new control into the green terminal block and tighten down the screws.
Step 3: Connect the components to controller according to the wiring diagram in the detail page.
Step 4: Insert the two retaining screws into the holes provided on the face plate of the control and tighten with a screwdriver, and then the grill is ready for use.
Error Code:
Er1 means RTD temperature sensor is not connected, pls turn off the grill and check the RTD connection or replace new RTD.
HEr means the grill is overheated, pls turn off the grill and restart grill after cooling down.
LEr means the grill's temperature is too low, pls turn off the grill and check if there any trouble with auger motor/ igniter/ or pellet is run out off.
