2) Pls kindly check the documents of your video cards carefully to make sure they support DisplayPort MST
3) The DisplayPort to HDMI cable splitter for dual display does not support MST mode when used with Mac OS, such as MacBook Pro, MacBook Air, and Mac mini. It is also true when your Macs are running windows & mac Os
4) When using with Mac os, you can only switch the mode to SST mode, otherwise, there will not be a video out
5) The Max. Resolutions are 4K(3840X2160)@60Hz
6) The resolutions and other features are subject to the capabilities of all connected devices
7) Pls use standard DisplayPort 1.4 / HDMI 2.0 cables or higher version DP / HDMI cables with our DP to dual HDMI splitter for 2 monitors. Most sync issues are caused by poor cables
