We are a family of three—Mom, Dad, and our curious little book lover, Noah. This book was inspired by our son Noah, who, at just two years old, developed a deep love for reading. Since around 18 months old, Noah could often be found walking around our home with a book in hand, asking anyone nearby, "Do you want to read with me?" That simple, heartfelt question sparked the idea for this book. Mom is a dedicated early childhood educator with a passion for literacy and learning, and Dad serves in law enforcement, where protecting and serving the community is part of his everyday life. Together, we bring both creativity and care into everything we do—including writing this book. We created this story to encourage other young children and families to discover the magic of books and the joy of shared reading. Our hope is that “Do you want to Read with me?” becomes part of your own story time tradition, opening the door to new adventures, laughter, and the lifelong love of reading.
