Dolci di Maria was founded as a result of my efforts to create an extra-special dessert for my son when he was put on a gluten and dairy free diet. I did not want him to miss out, so I started experimenting with dessert recipes until I came up with the perfect combination of ingredients to create these delicious gluten free biscotti.
