Sue Hawkins began her career restoring seventeenth-century English embroidery. She now designs for and runs her own successful kit manufacturing company, Needleworks. Sue teaches embroidery workshops around the country, many on behalf of the Cross Stitch Guild, of which she is technical director. This is her fourth book with David & Charles.
