This Journal is a supplement to the core book of the same title, and it will encourage you to set GOOD GOALS and to start living the BEST years of your life. It is divided into three monthly sections. Each section contains 31 blank daily journal entries. Why 31 days? As you know, only 4 months of the year have 30 days, and 7 months have 31 days. And, of course, February has 28 days only—29 in a leap year. Setting up each month with 31 blank entries also allows you to begin your journaling journey on any day and in any month. You simply write in the month, day and year of each entry yourself. At the start of each monthly section, I have provided a tracking sheet. This sheet provides you with a quick at-a-glance look of the daily journaling entries you have completed. My hope is that these tracking sheets—one for each monthly section—provide encouragement and motivation to continue working on your journaling journey by visually experiencing your progress.
