The steak bags create individual dry aging environments for each steak cut that allows for oxygen exchange and moisture release and consistent, unlimited air flow.

Do these bags require any special storage conditions?

The dry aging process is super easy and is carried out and stored for over 3-6 weeks in your home refrigerator.
