The orange-red flowers are filled with nectar and will blossom from spring until late summer, attracting hummingbirds, bees, butterflies, and essential pollinators. Globemallow resists deer and rabbits. Grown as a Perennial in Zones: (4 - 9). Light: Full Sun / Part Shade. Water: Low. Growing instructions: (Scarify) Nick seed shell, wrap in a wet paper towel, seal in a ziplock, and refrigerate for up to 6 months (Stratify). Check weekly. Transplant sprouted seeds into 8" deep potting mix, place in gentle light—transplant when hardy. Scarified seeds can be direct sown in the fall.
