The lengthy read the author provided did an amazing job of delving into the author’s life perfectly, and created an image in the readers’ minds of what life was like for the author’s years of traveling and work. This is the perfect read for those who enjoy memoirs and biographies, especially those that involve travel, education, and the advancements of science and technology in the field of agriculture and farming in particular. As a fan of memoirs and biographies, I found the author’s story to be compelling and unique, taking on a rarely talked about topic and corner of the world that often serves as the foundation of our society as a whole.
