12" x 15 Plaque 13 Individual Plates 3 Different Wood Variations Custom Laser engraved Header These gorgeous employee of the month plaques come with 13 individual plates. It is designed to keep a record of past employee of the month recipients on the left and right sides of the picture holder. The current employee of the month recipient's photo is placed in the holder with his/her name engraved on the plate just below the photo. After the month has passed, the plate can be moved to one of the sides and the new recipient will take its place.

The employee of the month plaques are made from a 12" x 15" wooden board. We offer three different color styles: Black marble (pictured), Walnut, & Oak. Each finish looks stunning with the specialty engraved plates. Each plate measures 1" x 2.5" long and has a small border and notched corners to finish them off. These plates match the laser engraved header plate for a completely custom employee of the month plaque.
