They make mistakes, they curse, their hormones push them to do things that probably aren't wise - but they're real - they act like real teenagers. Skyla especially. And I love that about them. The plot does take a bit to really take off and yes there are  TWISTS AND TURNS  but I have yet to say to myself 'just end the series already' because I'm still invested!
