It’s well suited for moderate days outside or mild evenings in the barn. The extended neck design acts like a shawl, as it goes over the withers and partially up the neck. This helps guard against wind and drafts and eliminates the need for an additional neck cover piece. An extra-large gusseted tail flap and the extended drop length add further protection against wind and other elements. 1200 denier ripstop polyester fabric is tough yet still flexible. Rugged seat belt quality surcingles attach with stainless steel hardware. Polypropylene binding and a rubber reinforcement at the top of the gusset add an extra level of longevity.
