The leader in natural organics since 1929 For new plantings, incorporate the fertilizer into the soil below the bulbs. For existing bulbs, broadcast the fertilizer onto the soil surface. Water thoroughly after application. Do not apply fertilizer to frozen soils. Use 1.5 lbs (4.5 cups) for 25 sq. feet of row planting, 1.5 heaping teaspoons for individual bulbs, and 4 lbs per 60 sq. feet for bed plantings. For established bulbs, apply 4 lbs per 60 sq. feet and wash off any plant food that is on the foliage. For individual bulbs, sprinkle 1.5 heaping teaspoons around and 2-3 inches away from each plant. Dahlias and gladioli can be fed monthly.
