Er LEE Chuen Fei PBM drafted the main text of this Enterprise Risk Management book. His consultancy clientele include multinational corporations like NIPSEA, the National University of Singapore, BCP Asia, and Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) where he served as a certified Professional Management Consultant. Er Lee developed the WSQ Certification Course "Aligning Practical Enterprise Risk Management Implementation to ISO31000" for BCP Asia and conducted over 25 training sessions, encompassing both public and in-house corporate programmes. Er Lee had also developed and facilitated a Product Risk Management Course based on the WSQ curriculum and included the application of Generative AI to ERM and PRM. Prior to his freelance consultancy and educational roles, Mr Lee held significant corporate positions as Vice President of Risk Management & Business Excellence at ST Engineering. In this role, Mr Lee championed Program Risk Management implementation, spearheaded enterprise risk management initiatives, drove the integration of various ISO Management Systems, and oversaw Business Excellence Frameworks and practices. Er Lee was awarded Fellowship in Enterprise Risk Management (FERM) and is a Council Member and VP of the Risk and Insurance Management Association of Singapore (RIMAS) and the lead for RIMAS Professional Certification. Sean CHAN Sik Lung has been a trusted advisor to senior and middle management of multinational corporations, with over 25 years' experience in sustainability, enterprise risk management, business/operational management, and internal auditing. As a strategic thinker with governance expertise, Sean had chaired several high-level committees including Supply Chain, Sustainability, ERM, BCM, Cybersecurity and Internal Audit for companies and nonprofit organisations. With his passion in risk and insurance management, Sean has been serving the Risk and Insurance Management Association of Singapore (RIMAS) Governing Council since 2007 and was its President from 2013 to 2017. "Everyone is a risk manager" is his vision for RIMAS to foster and promote the practices of risk management at all levels in organisations for the ever-changing business environment. Sean held senior management positions from Superintendent to Director in ship management and marine consultancy companies in Hong Kong, before migrating to Singapore. Andeed Ma is the President of the Risk and Insurance Management Association of Singapore (RIMAS) and a Partner at the Artificial Intelligence International Institute (AIII) think tank. With over 17 years of experience in AI, Fintech, and Risk Management, he has contributed significantly to companies like ServiceNow, ByteDance, and CyberArk.
