The Evolution Support Belt is made of thick neoprene with a reinforced back, additional side straps for increased support and Velcro meant to hold and last for years. The side straps have 3 recommended positions to easily and quickly adjust support as needed. If you do find that you want to place a power belt on top, the Evolution Support Belt was designed to hold any 4” power belt in place with sewn in belt loops for optimal support while going for your heaviest of lifts. For optimal sizing measure around the largest part of your abdomen where you will wear your support belt.
