First Use Method

1. The switch of the new pot will be a little tight for the first time. Coat some cooking oil on the sealing ring, and apply a small amount of cooking oil on the upper handle stop rod and the teeth of the pot to facilitate opening and closing.

2. Close the lid: When closing the lid, align the "▽" mark on the left side of the handle with the "△" mark on the lower handle, buckle the lid, and turn the upper handle clockwise until the upper and lower handles are aligned to close it completely (special note: when the lower handle is installed, the slot is upward, and the metal is downward).

Notes

1. This product can only be used in gas stoves. Please do not use it in induction cookers.

2. There may be a few impurities in the new pot. Please clean it before use. After cleaning, please open the lid and heat the pot until the whole pot emits smoke (about 1 minute) to form an oxygen film, then brush a layer of edible oil.

3. Please check whether each protective device is in good condition before closing the lid.

4. When cooking, you can heat the food first with a big fire and then simmer it with a small fire. After cooking food, there may be a little blackening in the pot, which is a normal oxidation reaction and does not affect the use. Dry burning in an empty pot is prohibited.

5. When cooking food, if the pot sticks due to misoperation, please wash the pot after soaking it with soda powder, detergent, or white vinegar. It is forbidden to scratch the pot with sharp objects such as steel balls.
