The eXtreme Dog Fence system can accommodate an unlimited number of dogs, with the purchase of additional fence dog collars.This Hyper collar receiver boasts 8 stronger levels of correction and a beep only level:
- Level 0 = Beep Only
- Level 1 = Low
- Level 2 = Low Medium
- Level 3 = Medium
- Level 4 = High
- Level 5 = Extra High
- Level 6 = Low Progressive (Starts on level 1, goes to 2, and then to 3, if the dog does not return to the containment area)
- Level 7 = Medium Progressive (Starts on level 2, goes to 3, and then to 4, if the dog does not return to the containment area)
- Level 8 = High Progressive (Starts on level 3, goes to 4, and then to 5, if the dog does not return to the containment area)
When setting a correction level, you should only increase the collar level 1 step at a time, and test. Watch for some kind of physical reaction from your dog when he/she feels the correction. You'll want to see their ears perk up, or neck cock back, or perhaps they will scratch at the collar. This is a good correction level to start your dog on.
