Directions:
Moist Heat Therapy:
Place mask on paper towel. Heat in microwave on high for 20 seconds. Remove mask and touch with fingers to test temperature. If too hot to touch, let cool for one minute. If too cool, heat an additional 5 seconds. Do not heat for more than 30 seconds. Insert the mask into the Washable Cover or use it directly. Place mask over closed eyes for 7-10 minutes or as directed by your doctor.

Cold Therapy:
Place the Mask in a sealable plastic bag in the Freezer for 30 minutes. Remove the mask from the freezer and plastic bag. Insert the mask into the Washable Cover or use it directly. Place mask over closed eyes, securing with the strap. Wear for 5–7 minutes.
