How to buy the right pallet jack?

- Load capacity of the pallet jack
The common ones are 4,400, 5,500, 6,600 lbs. At the same time, the standard wooden pallet in the United States is rated to carry about 4600lbs. Therefore, the lifting capacity of the manual forklift truck exceeds 5000lbs, which can meet more than 80% of the work.
- Size of the fork of the manual forklift
Common ones are 21 inches wide by 45 inches long, and 27 inches wide by 48 inches long (for U.S. standard wooden pallets).
- Wheel of the forklift
Common types are nylon (suitable for outdoor delivery) and polyurethane (epoxy floor), as well as rubber.
- Lifting range of the hand forklift
Since the allowable entry height of the US standard wooden pallet is 3.5 inches, make sure that the manual forklift will not get stuck.

- Glorious history
Since we are one of the earliest pallet jack companies to start operating in the northern market of China. Once upon a time before 2010 we had a brilliant history with guests lasting from 5:00 AM to 22:00 PM. Seven days a week, no rest.
- Near bankruptcy
After 2011, many competitors rushed into the market, and they quickly gained territory through some legitimate and improper means, which caused us heavy losses.
- A turning point
After I graduated in 2019, my professor and I started to reform. We updated a lot of accessories with our mechanical engineering knowledge, thanks to Elon Musk's first principles as a guide. Irrelevant accessories are removed, non-core accessories reduce costs, optimize core accessories. Improve the overall durability and economy of hand pallet truck.
