Jim is the chairman and founder of MaximTrak Technologies, an international software firm serving the automotive and power sports industries, and president and founder of Maxim Automotive, which specializes in forming and managing re-insurance companies for automotive dealers. The Maxims have three grown sons and live in the suburbs of Philadelphia.
