Attention:
1.Please measure your openings before purchase this extra wide baby gate. Ensure the gate is installed correctly according to the manufacturer's instructions.
2. Please don’t cut the tie until you successfully install the stairway baby gate. For pressure-mounted gates, check that it is securely fitted, and for hardware-mounted gates, verify the wall or door frame is strong enough to support it.
2.There was a gap in the door lock before installation, it is not defective. Please tight the up two bolts until no gap.
3.Leave small gap for the gate latch, normally you need to leave about 0.4inch for the gap, otherwise too tight so you can not open the doggy gate. If you can not open the toddler gate, please loose the up two bolts.
4.Regularly inspect child safety gates for looseness or wear. Tighten any screws or bolts as needed to ensure it remains secure.
