This book with its bright whimsical illustrations is loved by children. It has six early reader stories for the younger listeners with large pictures and few words with a cow named Moo, and a mouse named Clyde. It is diverse in the children in the illustrations and entertaining to the young children.. In addition this book has twenty-six wonderful stories for the older reader, many have a moral to the story so the child can learn. This book also contains seven whimsical poems. This is made up of four of my early, 30 page, paperbacks (Fairy Door at Lane's End; Hen's Teeth Turtle Feathers and Frog Tails; The Moon was Hungry; and Fancy Fiddlesticks) in one convenient book. Though these are basically children's books I have adults that collect them because they love the stories.
