Christopher LaGrone lived most of his years in Arvada, Colorado where he was a graduate of Arvada West High School. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Metropolitan State College. Chris was a very successful high school and college baseball player and was drafted by the Tampa Bay Rays. But his true passion was writing. After service as a U.S. Border Patrol Agent, Chris pursued his goal of becoming a published author. He died unexpectedly of natural causes at age 41 in 2018. His mother, Sherryl LaGrone, is fulfilling her son’s dream by publishing The Delta Tango Trilogy.
