Zero assembly required, our flagpole eagles come completely assembled. FEATURES:The flagpole eagle's base features 1/2-inch NC threads. The distance between the base of the globe and the pin measures 2.5 inches for the 12-inch Eagle, and approximately 1.6 inches for the 18-inch Eagle. The threading length is extended to accommodate most solar lights. If additional space is required, the globe can be easily removed. Our Flagpole Eagle Toppers are crafted with premium recycled aluminum, manufactured in our Michigan facility. Once the eagles are ready, they are transferred to the powder coat department, where a robust UV-resistant powder coating is generously applied and cured. Natural Colored Eagles undergo an additional step, involving meticulously hand-painted lacquer to highlight the intricate details, which is then sealed with a clear coat for a long lasting finish.
