Can fixe leaks and prevents ghost flushes from happening. Easy to install: 1. Turn off the water supply and drain the tank. 2. Unscrew the black nut without disconnecting the chain. 3. Remove the O Ring from the black nut and remove the green top cover with the gasket. 3.Replace the old gasket with a new one. 4. Lift the post with the bottom cover and place the top cover with the gasket on top, twist to the right until it is nested. 5. Screw the black nut back on until you hear two clicks and allow post to slide back into place. Outer diameter is 4 1/4". Inner diameter is 2 3/4''. Come with 3 pack flush valve seals.
