Following the Light: the Dance of the Elements is an exploration of the twelve signs of the zodiac as particular expressions of the four elements: earth, water, fire, and air. The four elements are living beings that create the universe through their changing relationships. Becoming aware of this dance is the first step to engaging with it consciously. Each chapter moves through one of these twelve archetypal landscapes using stories, sacred writings, poetry, and meditation.
