How to Cook
1.Rinse the spelt berries.
2.Soak the spelt berries (optional). To soak, cover the spelt berries with water and let them soak for at least 8 hours or overnight. Drain and rinse the spelt berries before cooking.
3.Add water: Add 3 cups of water for every 1 cup of spelt berries.
4.Boil the spelt berries: Bring the water to a boil over high heat. Once boiling, reduce the heat to low and simmer the spelt berries, uncovered, for 45-60 minutes or until they are tender but still chewy.
5.Drain and serve.
