The USB programming cable allows connection of a PC with the BBS01/BBS02/BBSHD mid drive motor. Not only it will not defect your throttle performance, but also it can be helpful to the battery and motor life. In PAS levels 1-9 you can use full throttle acceleration to get rid of the maximum speed limitation (max speed only applies to PAS). Use the usb programming cabel, you will NOT "fry" your motor by making changes to the basic user level controller parameters. Most of the customer who bought the BBS01B BBS02B motors will buy this usb cable to make their E-bikes more in line with their riding habits.

The changes have been made based on customer requests to improve the following complaints: make the throttle act as a throttle should instead of like an on/off switch, reduce current draw from 25 amps to 18 amps without impacting performance to increase battery and motor life, enable full throttle in PAS levels 1-9, throttle over ride of max set speed limit (max speed only applies to PAS)
