Moreover, Fu Wan is also the first Tree to bar chocolate factory that conforms to specifications of HACCP and ISO 22000 in Taiwan. All of the Taiwan Chocolates are made from tree- to -bar in Fu Wan in Ping Tung county ,which means we do the fermentation, drying, roasting, grinding , all by ourselves with the highest quality control and the shortest chocolate food miles in the world. Although the cacao trees are not organically certified; they are certified as no-pesticide-residue by SGS every year.
