These miniatures are supplied unpainted and require assembly – we recommend using Citadel Plastic Glue and Citadel paints. Also includes a 32-page Shadow Throne campaign book covering the narrative of the Unthinkable War, which sees the Adeptus Custodes and Sisters of Silence in conflict with a covert uprising of Genestealer Cults beneath the Imperial Palace itself. The Shadow Throne expansion set is a playable look at developments in WH 40,000 to come in 2022. Inside, the Adeptus Custodes discover something unthinkable: an uprising of Genestealers operating underground on the holy Throneworld of Terra itself.

Players can engage in a volatile skirmish between Adeptus Custodes and an outcropping of Genestealers, with the first availability of the mighty Blade Champion and Reductus Saboteur figures. Included is also the Shadow Throne campaign book, with a two-mission campaign, and a small taste of the Crusade options for both factions.
