Slow bolt cilantro is easy to grow and has great flavor!  Bolding means that the plant starts to produce seed, instead of growing more leaves.  This variety means that the bolting is slower than on other varieties of cilantro.  The seed is called coriander seeds for planting.

This herb is an annual and will need to be planted every year.  It can take 2-3 weeks for cilantro seeds to germinate.  It will take about 50 days to reach maturity after that.  Cilantro can be harvested by cutting off all of the stems at once, or by just a few leaves and stems at a time.  Be sure to harvest before your plant goes to seed.
