Belt’s buckle designed as classic Ukrainian Petrikivska painting, which dates back to the times of the Zaporizhzhia Cossack's, who used it extensively in painting, wall decorations, and household items. A distinctive feature of modern plant Petrikivska painting is, above all, the floral motif. The name of this folk art comes from the old Cossack village - Petrykivka (now - Petrikov district of Dnipropetrovsk region). Today Petrikov pattern is widely used in the book graphics, art industry, but from now in metalworking.
