It will be of value as a quick reference for spectators, coaches, Directors of Athletics, and umpires to learn the game. The booklet is based on the 2026 NFHS Girls Lacrosse Rules Book, the 2026 NFHS/USAL New Rules Seminars, and the 2026 USAL Officials Training Manual. The booklet is not meant to be exhaustive or comprehensive. The intent is to provide a quick resource and reference before, during, and after games.
