If you already have a ceramic coating, ALPHA S&S is the perfect aftercare/booster. It will add a sacrificial layer of protection on top of your ceramic coating to extend the life and boost the hydrophobic and protective qualities. ALPHA Shine & Shield leverages graphene oxide and our popular Shine & Shield Ceramic Spray formula to create a next-level coating. This new formulation improves on Marine Shine & Shield 2.0 to extend the life of the coating. With just one simple spray-on, wipe-off application you get surface protection of up to 9 months in marine and RV applications and up to 12 months for automotive applications. ALPHA Shine & Shield is great as a stand-alone protectant for your car/boat/RV giving you a long lasting protective barrier that defends against oxidization, UV damage, and water spots while adding shine and making your vehicle easier to clean and maintain. ALPHA Shine & Shield can also be used as a booster / maintenance spray for your Glidecoat Ceramic Coating. A quick application will boost the hydrophobics and gloss, while extending the protection your ceramic coating can provide. For best results, apply to a clean surface. We recommend washing before applying. Spray directly onto the surface in a 3’ x 3’ section. Lightly buff with a clean microfiber until the section is smooth and uniform. A second microfiber may be required to remove any excess product from the surface. Avoid applying in direct sunlight or to a hot surface. This could cause the product to flash off the surface quickly, making it more difficult to buff the product off. Multiple coats can be applied for added gloss and longer lasting protection. Use within two years of the date purchased. Once opened, the shelf life is 1-year. To achieve the maximum life expectancy, we recommend a minimum of two coats.
