Lesley has several qualifications behind her name as part of her continued professional development in physiotherapy. These are: APPI pilates instructor, iStop IMS qualified therapist, ODNS deep dry needling therapist, EFT & Matrix reimprinting therapist, Check Institute NLC practitioner, OMT practitioner, Functional medicine ongoing learning and is an international lecturer in trigger points. These courses were pivotal in her knowledge in writing the books "Goal setting to improve your potential and self-image" and "How not to stress-out." She also studies outside of her field of expertise and has done a landscaping course, dog training, piano, singing, art, stock trading, modeling and belly dancing which lead to the books "The Old Finishing school," and "Caring for your animals and their environment." These all form part of the "Help me Cope Series." The author is constantly inspired by her son as he moves through the different grades and asks different questions that all children are probably asking or should be asking.
