A bilingual pictorial history and itinerary of all eight of the Northern Song Dynaty's imperial tombs located in Gongyi, Henan, China. Each of these tombs features a Sacred Way lined on both sides with carved stone statues of peoplele, animals, and mythical beasts, which are remarkable not only for their beauty but for the fact that they are approximately 1,000 years old.
