Dear reader, Grace Rediscovered was supposed to be published by the end of 2022, but there was a lot of resistance: my technology and the software were under attack. As a result, my time was under tremendous attack. There were so many glitches and addressing them took longer than expected. The topic of grace was on my spiritual radar for many years. Thought by thought, idea by idea, teaching blog by teaching blog, developed into the book you now hold in your hands. I’m so thankful to the Lord, Who always sustained me, and to the Holy Spirit, Who encouraged me to keep on keeping on. The Father gave me His grace to finish this book. Some years ago, I had lunch with a pastor friend. I shared with him what was on my mind. I passionately explained to him briefly that the theme of God’s grace started amplifying as I studied the New Testament. I sketched things on napkins to ease up my explanations. I told him boldly that as far as I’m concerned, in our Christian living, everything is by God’s grace, in Christ, and by the power of the Holy Spirit. I told him that salvation is by grace. Every believer knows that. But there is so much more that many Christians do not know. Over the years, I have discovered so many facets of God’s grace, but recently it feels like I found it for the first time. I’m realizing more and more that absolutely everything is by His grace. I also noticed that many believers were never discipled to live by grace and, therefore, still lives the Christian life by self-effort. This book was written to empower all believers to live one hundred percent by God’s grace. I pray that this book: Reveals the awesomeness of God’s grace and equips Christ’s disciples with how to appropriate it in all aspects of their lives. - Raises a red flag about two great dangers in the church today: legalism and licentiousness. - Ministers to believers who are tired of working to maintain their salvation instead of “working it out” (Philippians 2:12) and brings to light so many facets of the grace of God. - Is an excellent discipleship tool for pastors, mentors, and small group leaders. If understood correctly, the concepts in this book will empower you to live victoriously. I want all my readers to realize that from A to Z, Christianity is a gift from God. From the spiritual birth to the final adoption as God’s children, everything is by His grace, in Christ, and by the power of the Holy Spirit. Nobody can boast. No human being can take any credit. We all must humble ourselves and, by faith, access God’s grace. I pray and hope you enjoyed reading this book!
