Replacement #32 grinder plate (Cleveland Style), reversible, with 2 flat edges. The plate has 3/16" holes and 2 edges that are cut flat, if laying on a table the sides are cut flat. The 3/16" (4.7 mm) size is ideal for medium grinds such as hamburger, sausage, etc.

IMPORTANT - ALWAYS REPLACE KNIFE AND PLATE TOGETHER AS A MATCHED SET

Always use the same knife and plate together. If one has gradually worn away from perfectly flat, the other will have worn with it. As a result they may still be used together, however, if one is matched with a different item which is perfectly flat, the set will certainly not turn out a good product. In addition, such practice will probably break the new item.
